Kin + Carta: Visual identity
for a global Tech-Giant

During my second year at AmazeRealise, we came together with several of our sister agencies in the global connective to form one new company, Kin + Carta. This needed a brand new visual identity.

Along with my team, I was responsible for defining the visual identity and rolling it out across multiple executions such as web, print, social media and presentation templates. I created internal and external brand assets for Kin + Carta and acted as brand guardian to ensure assets had a consistent look-and-feel.

Web

  • Worked with the Design Director to set the visual style for web pages.

  • Used typographic header images to allieviate the use of stock imagery that plagued the old site.

  • Leading with dark mode with pops of the brand gradient.

Social Media

  • I was solely responsible for the output of creative on the company’s social media channels, below are a selection of posts that were created.

  • Switching up the colours to keep things looking fresh but following a similar type treatment to ensure consistency.

Presentations & Decks

  • Master templates for Keynote, Powerpoint and Google slides.

  • After an audit and survey of the existing templates, a pattern emerged for what slides were needed and for what could be improved.

  • After launch, I was responsible for maintaing and updating the templates.

Print

  • This is how the brand was used across various print applications, using templates where possible to ensure consistency.
